All tools are read-only. Lists use cursor pagination: the assistant passes next_cursor back to read more.

Calls and transcripts

Tool	What it returns
`list_calls`	Call history with rep, date, score, capture mode and outcome. Filters by recent days and minimum score.
`get_call`	One call: scores, summary, action plan and pillar feedback
`get_call_transcript`	The full transcript in pages. Needs transcript access.
`search_transcripts`	Calls whose transcript matches a keyword or phrase, with short snippets. Needs transcript access.

Coaching and performance

`get_coaching`	The coaching synthesis for you, or for one rep on an organization connection
`get_trends`	Week-over-week movement, up to 8 periods
`get_rank`	Where you place, and the team average
