The Parlay MCP server connects an AI assistant to your Parlay data. Once connected, you can ask questions like “Which of Jordan’s calls this week had the weakest discovery, and what did he say?” and the assistant looks up the answer in your real calls.

Connect

One line or one config block. You sign in with your Parlay account. There is no key to paste.

Tools

What the assistant can look up: calls, transcripts, coaching, trends, deals and more.

MCP server or App API?

What it can see

When you connect, you choose what the assistant may read:
  • Just your own calls. Available to everyone. Includes an anonymous comparison with your team.
  • The whole organization. Available to owners. Reads every rep’s calls in your organization.
Transcript access is a separate checkbox on the approval screen, because transcripts contain what customers said. The server is read-only. It cannot change, delete or send anything.

Good to know

  • Answers come from your data. The assistant quotes transcripts it actually retrieved. Feedback and scores are Parlay’s analysis, not a transcript.
  • Your AI provider sees what it reads. Questions and the data the assistant retrieves are sent to the AI tool you connect, under that provider’s terms.
  • Disconnect anytime. Remove the connection in your AI tool, or revoke it in Parlay under Settings → MCP.
